Description
The 2010 Nonprofit Salary and Benefit Survey is ready to purchase. One of the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (NAM) most requested publications, the 2010 Salary Survey has been updated with new personnel categories (35 job codes) and includes an expanded benefits section. This is a great tool to see how your nonprofit compares with local standards and what it takes to retain talented employees. The 2010 report contains data from 95 nonprofits in the area, our largest response to date.
Special Instruction
Orders will only be taken online and the Nonprofit Salary and Benefit Survey will be emailed as a PDF.
This product will benefit nonprofits of all sizes. The cost is: $25 for participants, $50 for NAM members and $100 for non-yet NAM members.
